As the largest rubber manufacturing plant in the world with 800+ employees, our plant produces rubber, metallic and textile tissues, as well as other technologies for all types and sizes of tires, including passenger car, light and heavy truck, mining and aircraft tires. Our mission is to push the boundaries of how data fuels innovation by redefining sophisticated information into powerful insights. In this role, you’ll independently craft analytical solutions while serving as a key partner across multi-functional teams. You will empower local users through training on digital tools and champion consistent, high‑quality standards for how those tools are used across the site. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Dataiku, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a high‑performing, multi-functional team.
  • Adaptability and openness to change, with the ability to stay fluid when priorities shift.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with an approach focused on high‑quality work.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office® Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into data-driven solutions by identifying the right data sources and analytical approaches.
  • Prepare, clean, and analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support informed decision-making.
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and reviews.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive operational improvements and smarter decisions.
  • Ensure data quality and governance while finding opportunities for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
