About The Position

The Saratoga Regional YMCA is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Before & After School Site Counselors to help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for elementary-age children. The role assists with planning and implementing fun, creative activities, builds positive relationships with children and families, and promotes healthy habits while supporting the YMCA's mission of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This is a part-time opportunity in Saratoga/Greenfield, paying $17.04 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least one year of childcare experience with children under age 13.
• Current CPR PRO and First Aid certifications.
