This position provides leadership and oversight for the Afterschool Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs that support children in reaching their fullest potential. The role is responsible for training, mentoring, and supporting staff while fostering a positive and engaging environment for both academic and enrichment activities. The successful candidate will serve as a role model and ensure staff are equipped to effectively guide and inspire children. In addition, this position maintains all required licensing and regulatory compliance standards and assumes primary responsibility for the oversight, monitoring, and continuous improvement of after-school and summer camp programs. The role works collaboratively with staff, families, and leadership to ensure programs are safe, effective, and aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
