About The Position

The Site Coordinator is accountable for the daily operations of a solo-person site, responsible for performing contracted office services. These services include, but are not limited to: Copy services, Courier Services, Managed Print services, Hospitality, Imaging, and Mail services. The role involves operating office equipment, handling customer interactions, and ensuring the effective implementation of service excellence programs to meet service level agreements and profitability goals.

Requirements

  • High school or GED required.
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
  • Previous 1+ year customer-facing work experience required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.
  • Tactical thought processing.
  • Ability to present to a small group.
  • Moderate Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Basic Customer Service skills.
  • Basic Technical aptitude.
  • Basic Written and Verbal Communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility.
  • Operate office equipment such as PCs, Copiers, Multifunction Devices, Imaging & Mail Equipment.
  • Potentially manage Courier Services, Reception Services, Switchboard Operations, Shipping & Receiving, and Mail Delivery/Processing.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the customer on a daily basis.
  • Implement and manage RICOH Service Excellence Programs.
  • Operate required equipment/software efficiently to achieve service level agreements.
  • Achieve profitability by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies.
  • Perform daily routine functions including creating/completing work orders, contractor monitoring, inspections, and reporting facility issues.
  • Interact with contracted vendors, facility management, and occupants.
  • Manage office-supply inventory and re-ordering.
  • Coordinate conference rooms and manage A/V equipment resources.
  • Maintain positive internal working relationships through professional communication.
  • Collect and provide data to assigned leadership and the customer.
  • Complete monthly reports to customers with support from assigned leadership.
  • Ensure financial responsibilities are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
