About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Site Coordinator with strong experience in PACS/RIS systems and healthcare imaging standards. This role requires someone who can effectively manage and support enterprise imaging environments and guide a team of technical consultants on-site.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of RIS, VNA, PACS, HL7, and DICOM standards.
• Experience with Enterprise Imaging Systems and Image Exchange software.
• Hands-on with: Intelerad PACS Fuji EIS & Powerscribe360 Visage Penrad Dictation/Speech Recognition software
• Familiarity with incident management and support workflows.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and support activities related to PACS and RIS systems.
• Provide guidance and technical leadership to a team of consultants.
• Act as the primary point of contact for radiologists and clinical staff.
• Manage incidents and service requests using established ticketing systems.
• Ensure adherence to HL7, DICOM, and healthcare imaging protocols.
