Requirements

  • Must be able to plan and work independently to accomplish goals.
  • Requires excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare.
  • Previous site administrator or emergency department experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all billing is done daily.
  • Ensure all notes are in for each patient and day that the patient was seen and matches.
  • Set all meetings for each specific group.
  • Create agendas with medical director.
  • Take minutes during meeting and send them out to each physician in a specified group.
  • Work with physicians and medical directors to receive all availability for physicians and create schedules.
  • Work with new physicians and medical staff for hospital privileging, assisting through entire application process.
  • Work with physicians to keep all required licenses updated and maintained to keep active privileges with the hospital.
