About The Position

Martha & Mary is seeking professional Site Coordinators to join their KIDS team. This role involves providing quality care and a safe learning environment for school-age children (5-12 years). The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic leader, a skilled communicator with a strong work ethic and team mindset, and possesses a desire to learn and grow as an educator, making a difference in children's lives. The Site Coordinator is responsible for leading the site team, curriculum implementation, classroom management, and active supervision of children.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age with High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years management experience in a related field.
• Pass required state background checks.
• Completed 30 college credits in approved school-age classes or 20 college credits and 100 clock hours of related community training.
