Requirements

  • Three years of social service experience including some management and supervisory responsibilities.
  • Must be computer literate and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with homeless population and residential programs a plus.
  • BA and bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Director and Clinical Coordinator in day-to-day operations of Stabilization Bed program.
  • Supervise assigned staff.
  • Provide direction to Outreach Staff and ILS while on off-site stabilization locations.
  • Coordinate and oversee follow-up of client referrals and placements by outreach teams.
  • Develop strength-based approach to working with clients placed in off-site stabilization settings, data collection and reporting for those locations.
  • Maintain active rosters of clients placed at each location.
  • Assist in development of service plans as required.
  • Maintain contact and coordinate with off-site Stabilization location building management team.
  • Conduct facility inspections for general maintenance concerns at off-site locations.
  • Reporting concerns, issues and coordinating with building management to ensure regular extermination, general repairs and specific maintenance concerns (painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are completed as required.
  • Document all room, building related repair follow-up.
  • Develop inventory and coordinate ordering, distribution of supplies.
  • Document repair and maintenance follow up by building management.
  • Ensure team and client safety.
  • Provide emergency first aid/CPR or overdose prevention protocol assistance when needed.
  • On call for emergencies.
  • Other Related duties assigned.
