About The Position

Medpace is seeking full-time, office-based Site Contract Specialists to join its Clinical Operations team as clinical operations activities grow. The Contract Specialist plays a key role in advancing project start-up by distributing and finalizing clinical trial contracts with principal investigators and clinical study sites, negotiating contractual terms and budget requests within approved parameters, and communicating progress on negotiations and contract finalization with assigned sites and internal project team members. The position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
Excellent time-management and communication skills.
Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Distribute and finalize clinical trial contracts with principal investigators and clinical study sites.
Negotiate contractual terms and budget requests within approved parameters.
Maintain open communication about the progression of negotiations and contract finalization with assigned clinical sites and internal project team members.
