The Site Based Mentoring Program provides high-quality youth mentoring services to BBBS participants, including youth, volunteer mentors, and Caregivers, across school-based and corporate partner sites across the Twin Cities. The program is designed to foster safe, consistent, and positive mentoring relationships between youth (grades 2-8) and adult mentors. The Site-Based Mentoring team delivers high-quality customer service, ongoing match support, and programming with a strong emphasis on child safety and positive youth development. The Site Based Program Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for participants and site partners at assigned school and corporate sites. Coordinators support recruitment, enrollment, participant assessment, match support, program delivery, and documentation in alignment with BBBSTC quality and child safety standards. Coordinators are cross-trained across all core functions of the role, including participant support, youth enrollment, child safety, program delivery, and site-based relationship management. While assigned to specific caseloads and sites, they serve as the day-to-day BBBSTC representative at those locations, supporting consistent communication and strong program implementation. In addition to direct service responsibilities, coordinators hold ownership of designated program functions that support team-wide operations and ensure consistent delivery across sites and program models.
