About The Position

WinnCompanies is hiring a part-time Site Attendant for City View, a 296-unit residential community in Long Beach, California. The Site Attendant helps maintain a safe, clean, and well-managed property by monitoring site conditions, responding to emergencies, communicating with residents and management, and documenting incidents or events. The position pays $16.90 per hour.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic familiarity with computer systems and web-based applications.
• Ability to comprehend and converse in English to communicate effectively with residents, supervisors, and emergency personnel.
• Positive attitude and ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for emergency personnel or law enforcement during an emergency at the property.
• Communicate with the Property Manager or designated individuals during emergencies.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances concerning the property or residents to management.
• Maintain a log of events for weekly submission.
• Help keep the site clean and free of safety hazards.
• Perform minor cleanup and notify maintenance personnel about larger issues or situations.
• Perform additional administrative or customer service duties as assigned.
