About The Position

This role supports a team responsible for communication oversight, vendor oversight, and revenue enablement. The Site Administrator serves as the primary point of coordination for site operations, including managing vendor activities, supporting expense reporting in Workday, communicating site-related work to stakeholders, and partnering with security, and other internal teams to ensure facility needs are addressed. The position is highly focused on on-site support and requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage changing priorities while coordinating multiple requests and projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically four to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
  • Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
