The role As Site Acquisition Manager, you will lead the identification, negotiation, and execution of new real estate deals for Vale, securing the locations that will power our next wave of growth.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 4+ years of commercial real estate or site acquisition experience
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing retail or restaurant leases
  • Strong network of broker, landlord, and developer relationships in target markets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed real estate salesperson or broker a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead site identification and acquisition for Vale’s expansion pipeline in assigned markets
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate developers
  • Negotiate lease terms and letter of intent (LOI) agreements in collaboration with legal counsel
  • Manage the site approval and due diligence process from LOI through lease execution
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospective sites and communicate progress to leadership
  • Partner with Real Estate Analyst on financial modeling and site evaluation
  • Collaborate with Construction and Development on site feasibility and handoff
