About The Position

As Site Acquisition Manager, you will lead the identification, negotiation, and execution of new real estate deals for Vale, securing the locations that will power our next wave of growth. You will lead site identification and acquisition for Vale’s expansion pipeline in assigned markets. You will develop and cultivate relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate developers. You will negotiate lease terms and letter of intent (LOI) agreements in collaboration with legal counsel. You will manage the site approval and due diligence process from LOI through lease execution. You will maintain an active pipeline of prospective sites and communicate progress to leadership. You will partner with Real Estate Analyst on financial modeling and site evaluation. You will collaborate with Construction and Development on site feasibility and handoff.

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
4+ years of commercial real estate or site acquisition experience
Proven track record of negotiating and closing retail or restaurant leases
Strong network of broker, landlord, and developer relationships in target markets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal management skills

Licensed real estate salesperson or broker a plus
