The SIOP Supply Planner - Power Management is responsible for developing and maintaining the supply plan within the Sales and Operations Planning (SIOP) process. This role balances demand, supply, and inventory for the Power Management business. The planner translates demand plans into production and material requirements in collaboration with factories, buyers, and suppliers. They will lead supply reviews to highlight risks, constraints, and mitigation plans, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and managing inventory health, including safety stock levels, excess, and obsolescence for assigned products. Collaboration with manufacturing and procurement to identify and address capacity or material constraints is key. The planner will participate in monthly SIOP cycles, providing data and insights for supply, demand, and reconciliation meetings, and partner with finance and operations to align supply planning assumptions with budget and forecast cycles. A focus on driving continuous improvement in planning processes, system parameters, and cross-functional communication is expected. The role also supports new product introductions and product transitions, ensuring seamless integration into the supply plan, and tracks and reports key supply metrics, including on-time delivery, supply adherence, and inventory performance.
