About The Position

Holley Performance Brands, founded in 1903, is a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of high-performance automotive aftermarket products. This role is within the Modern Truck and Offroad and Euro & Import Divisions, where a single SIOP process aligns demand and supply planning across its brands. The SIOP Analyst serves as the analytical engine for this process, providing division leadership with forecasts, dashboards, and a unified demand plan to manage demand and supply decisions. The analyst will transform operational data into actionable insights, build forecasts, analyze data for monthly demand reviews, identify inventory and capacity risks, and communicate complex analysis into a clear business narrative to enhance forecast accuracy, inventory performance, production planning, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business/Data Analytics, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, SIOP, demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, or business analytics.
  • Experience supporting a consensus, SIOP, or S&OP demand process.
  • Working knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and planning parameters (safety stock, days of supply, reorder points).
  • Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Experience with forecasting software and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with an ERP system (Infor SyteLine/LN or comparable).
  • Experience with BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to align stakeholders across functions and brands.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the monthly SIOP cycle for the division, consolidating inputs from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service into one division demand plan.
  • Prepare analysis, dashboards, and materials for monthly demand and consensus reviews, presenting risks, opportunities, and recommendations to division leadership.
  • Ensure the process aligns with corporate SIOP standards and cadence while reflecting division priorities.
  • Drive accountability to the agreed-upon plan across brands and functions.
  • Produce and maintain demand forecasts for all five brands, utilizing appropriate statistical models for each brand's demand behavior.
  • Forecast new product introductions and phase-in/phase-out transitions in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
  • Track forecast accuracy and bias, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Incorporate order trends, seasonality, and motorsports event schedules into the demand plan.
  • Build and maintain data models and business logic for forecasting, transforming raw sales, shipment, and point-of-sale history into forecast-ready datasets.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to visualize division SIOP performance using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Automate recurring data preparation, model refreshes, and exception reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure data cleanliness, governance, and integration with the ERP system.
  • Analyze inventory to identify excess, shortages, slow-moving, and obsolete stock, and translate the demand plan into inventory targets.
  • Maintain planning parameters such as safety stock, days of supply, and reorder points, balancing service levels with working capital.
  • Work with Purchasing to identify material shortages that may impact deliveries and recommend actions like expediting, deferring, or canceling orders.
  • Maintain data integrity across ERP, forecasting, and reporting systems.
  • Assist in setting and maintaining the division's forecasting standards and playbooks, and support upcoming ERP upgrades.
  • Benchmark and report forecast performance to maintain visibility across the division.
