About The Position

We are seeking a SIOP Analyst to join our dynamic team within a renowned aerospace company in Montreal. The incumbent will be responsible for developing financial and parts/inventory forecasts for a specific market.

Requirements

2-5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations / Operations Planning, Industrial Engineering.
Experience in demand/supply planning, financial planning/forecasting.
Strong data management abilities.
Bachelor's degree.
Strong Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables).
Experience working cross-functionally with other teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience with PowerBI.
Knowledge of SAP.
Aerospace OPM/Aftermarket experience.
MBA or higher in data analysis.
Programming or electronic tool-building skills (Python).
Knowledge of Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Build monthly and yearly forecasts (1-year, 5-year) for the turbofan market.
Analyze data and ensure data quality governance.
Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure network quality.
Present demand outlook, capacity constraints, and network performance to executives and program management.
Consolidate data for all business units, programs, finance, rentals, spares, and repair networks.
Create a plan for capacity alignment based on forecasted demand.
Utilize data management tools such as Excel (macros, pivot tables, Vlookup) and PowerBI.
Re-evaluate monthly to check if targets are met and make necessary adjustments.
Act as the focal point for approximately 5-10 shops.
Collaborate with strategic planning to build the official SIOP plan over 1 year and 5 years.
