About The Position

Are you passionate about robotics, automation, and simulation? Do you thrive in a high-tech environment where precision and innovation drive success? We're looking for an experienced Senior Simulator to join our dynamic team and help deliver world-class robotic applications and automated assembly solutions. As a Senior Simulator, you will play a critical role in performing complex robotic application simulations and studies to support automated assembly processes. You will validate robotic processes, mechanical designs, welding feasibility, and process cycle times, ensuring optimized, safe, and efficient production systems.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical experience in an automation environment
  • Proficiency in simulation software such as Delmia D5, Delmia V6, or Process Simulate.
  • Basic working knowledge of Unigraphics, Catia, or AutoCAD.
  • Experience in robotic work cells for automated assembly, material handling, resistance welding, MIG welding, sealant application, and riveting.
  • Strong understanding of process engineering, mechanical design, plant layout validation, and offline programming.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Analytical thinking and Advanced problem solving capabilities
  • Technical expertise, able to work independently, self-driven to complete projects
  • Communication and collaboration for meeting with engineering teams & customers

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop complete robotic line simulations with OLP-ready programs and full system communication.
  • Execute simulations independently with minimal supervision by understanding process requirements.
  • Create, edit, and optimize complete off-line robot programs.
  • Build and manage complex kinematic devices and perform detailed clearance and collision guard checks.
  • Validate all simulation deliverables, set up robot safety and interference zones, and load robot programs, including style select.
  • Apply industry standards for material handling, MIG welding, spot welding, and other automated assembly processes.
  • Follow customer-supplied specifications and ensure high-quality standards are met.
