Contingent team members are required to pick up a minimum of 2 shifts per month. This role involves conducting pre-simulation activities such as setting up and testing equipment, executing simulation-based education by operating simulated patient vitals and assisting facilitators, and completing post-simulation activities including collaborating with faculty on learner performance and preparing the lab for the next event. The technician will also collaborate with the team to improve processes, maintain a clean and organized work environment, participate in community outreach, and maintain good rapport with colleagues. Adherence to the Code of Conduct, Service Excellence Standards, and the Mission, Vision, and Values of Trinity Health is expected, along with a commitment to safe work practices.
