About The Position
The College of Nursing (CON) at the University of Tennessee Knoxville seeks a Simulation IT Specialist to support its simulation labs. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management, functionality, and continuous readiness of all simulation technologies, including high-fidelity manikins, the audiovisual (AV) recording system, and secure storage servers used to capture and maintain simulation recordings. The role ensures simulation equipment and supporting systems are properly configured, maintained, and available to meet instructional and program needs. The position also plays a key instructional support role by providing training and guidance to faculty and staff on the proper use of simulation technologies, helping ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences and reliable use of recording and storage tools across programs.
Requirements
