Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent from an accredited institution required
5-12 years of related technical experience
Experience with modeling and simulation (M&S)
Ability to program in structured software languages
Ability to obtain and/or maintain a DoD secret clearance
U.S. Citizenship with Active Secret Security clearance and ability to maintain the designated security clearance level is required
Strong foundation in modeling & simulation, physics, aerospace engineering, or related discipline
Ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate technical findings clearly

Nice To Haves

Experience with Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC), Radar Sensors, or weapon performance modeling preferred
Experience with MATLAB, C++, and Python preferred
Familiarity with test processes and VV&A standards is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and refine system simulations, which include physics-based models
Perform simulation-based performance analysis to support software updates and system improvements
Analyze flight test data to verify and improve simulation accuracy
Support studies to assess operational effectiveness of weapon systems
Work with missile software and platform integration teams to ensure simulations reflect missile system of systems realities
Generate briefings and technical reports to communicate system effectiveness
Performs other duties as assigned
