About The Position

The Simulation & Test Automation Engineer develops simulation and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test environments, implements system-integration and regression tests, and builds automated CI/CD pipelines for execution on local runners. The role enables reliable and repeatable verification of complex systems throughout the product development lifecycle. This full-time position requires three days per week onsite in Jessup, Maryland, for hands-on work with test equipment and hardware under test. The posting indicates that five or more years of professional experience in simulation and embedded HIL test development are required. A strong simulation and test knowledge base developed through real-world experience is described as important to success. Liquid Robotics designs and manufactures Wave Gliders®, wave- and solar-powered autonomous ocean robots. The company works with partners to address challenges in assessing, monitoring, and protecting the ocean, serving defense, commercial, and science customers. Liquid Robotics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
