About your role: At Fiserv, the Card Production team in Nashville manufactures personalized payment cards for clients under strict service-level agreements. As a Silkscreen Operator, you will run Sakurai silkscreen presses, prepare screens and inks, and perform quality checks to deliver high-quality credit, debit, and prepaid cards on schedule.

Requirements

  • 1 year of silkscreen printing press experience in a fast-paced environment
  • This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
  • This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sheet-fed printing and PVC card personalization workflows.
  • Prior experience in high-volume card production or payment-card personalization environments.
  • 1+ years of experience with Sakurai silkscreen press operations

Responsibilities

  • Operate Sakurai silkscreen press equipment to produce personalized credit, debit, and prepaid cards, following job tickets for PVC stock, color, and registration specifications.
  • Prepare film, screens, stencils, and screen mounts; set up and adjust presses for each job run.
  • Mix, load, and control ink formulations; monitor ink density and color matching during runs.
  • Inspect printed output for registration, ink density, PVC positioning, and printing defects; document approved and defective units in production logs.
  • Monitor press runs to identify and correct quality issues, minimizing downtime and waste.
  • Maintain accurate records, complete audit paperwork, and perform routine in-process quality checks.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs; report equipment defects to supervisors and clean equipment after work orders.
