About The Position
Clean Tech is hiring Production Operators at our recycling facility in Dundee, MI. These are Direct Hire positions that offer paid training and opportunities for advancement. The schedule is a 3-2-2-3 rotation, working nights from 7pm-7:30am. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.25, with additional compensation for overtime and Sundays. Clean Tech has been a stable presence in the community for over 30 years and promotes from within, offering opportunities for employee growth.
Requirements
- HS/GED, preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and use ladders and stairs throughout the shift
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience a huge plus
Responsibilities
- Monitor & operate plastic recycling equipment in a safe manner
- Maintain processes and equipment, including basic maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
- Lead process change overs, quality checks, and production tracking activities
- Feed lines with top-quality raw materials to produce top-quality post-consumer plastic resin
- Operate forklift to move materials as needed
- Maintain area to adhere to 5S standards
- Other duties as assigned
