About The Position
We are searching for dependable motivated individuals to join our company. By being a part of our team, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations. The starting wage is $20.00 per hour with wage increases every 6 months! An Operator is a general laborer that assists with all operations associated with production for Metal Source.
Requirements
- Forklift License required – on the job training and licensure will be provided.
- Effective communication skills

- Eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
- Ability to adhere to company attendance policy.
- Talking, hearing, repetitive motion, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, and climbing stairs.
- Exerting up to fifty (50) pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to twenty-five (25) pounds of force frequently, and/or up to ten (10) pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Ability to operate machinery and determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned including to make general observations of facilities.
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
