Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on laboratory experience in photonics, semiconductor, or optoelectronic device testing.
Experience with testing PICs, III-V devices, transceivers, or fiber-optics.
Proven experience leading a team of test engineers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated experience with developing and executing test plans.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deliver on schedule.

Nice To Haves

Experience with RF testing is desired.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of optical test engineers.
Hire, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
Work with key stakeholders to establish testing priorities and deliverables.
Work with design team to define test standards across multiple PIC product lines.
Create, maintain, and present testing reports.
Maintain clear records of testing data.
Identify opportunities for test automation and work with internal teams for the implementation.
