Schedule Details: Monday to Friday 7 :30 AM - 4:30 PM schedule Compensation Range: The average earning is $50,000, with top earners making over $65,000. Hourly rate plus weekly commission.

Requirements

Ability to be flexible with schedule and working hours, including evenings and weekends.
Capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions as well as knowledge and usage of accurate business English and office practices.
Detailed ability to type with proficiency at a rate of 35 words per minute.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficient in time management; the ability to coordinate and prioritize.
Able to analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Responsible for primarily outbound calling Hilton Signature Vacation members to assist them with booking their HSV packages, while providing excellent customer service.
Meets minimum weekly production expectations/metrics based on the department’s needs.
Handles inbound calls as needed.
Responsible for email communications with assigned Hilton Signature Vacation members as needed.
Provides administrative support for the Signature Vacations program as assigned.
Must always have a clear understanding of available Signature Vacation packages.
Verifies the Signature Vacations Package and the bonus points awarded and reviews contingency requirements before booking the vacation.
