The Signature Service Representative is an integral part of our operations team and company mission to provide homeowners with a world-class experience. Once a job is sold, each customer is paired with their assigned representative. Throughout the duration of the remodeling project, the SSR not only processes all paperwork pertaining to their contract and permit, but also schedules appointments, tracks progress, and maintains constant communication with our homeowners.
