Sign Shop Project Coordinator

About The Position

MetroCenter Signworks has an immediate need for a Project Manager who can lead a project from intake through final invoicing. In any given week this can include basic design and estimating, working with customers and vendors, detailed design for production, coordinating installation, and tracking project status. Work may also include print production and assisting our installation team.

Requirements

• Familiar with the terminology of the sign industry
• Basic knowledge of materials, production methods, and installation practices for all types of signs
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, and have a good eye for design
• Very organized and able to keep track of multiple projects
• Good basic math skills (addition/subtraction, multiplication/division, basic geometry) and solid grasp of dimensions and area
• At least three years of experience in a full-range sign business
• Serious attention to detail and take pride in great workmanship

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating a wide format printer, laminator, and plotter
• Familiar with Corebridge
