We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Sign Production Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys turning designs into finished products you can see in the real world. This is not a warehouse or forklift position. This is skilled, hands-on production work where attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving matter every day. If you like working with your hands, solving problems, and producing work you’re proud of — this is a great fit. You’ll be working with large-format printers, CNC cutting equipment (Colex), laminators, and finishing tools. Every job is a little different — and the quality of your work is visible to our customers every day.

Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Comfortable using tools and production equipment

Responsibilities

Operate large-format printers, laminators, and CNC equipment
Prepare materials (cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting)
Weed and apply vinyl graphics with precision
Trim, mount, and finish final products
Follow and verify work orders for accuracy
Help maintain an organized, efficient production area
Partner with the owner and production lead/manager to build and maintain production processes, helping shape how work flows through the shop as we continue to grow
