We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Sign Production Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys turning designs into finished products you can see in the real world. This is skilled, hands-on production work where attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving matter every day. If you like working with your hands, solving problems, and producing work you’re proud of — this is a great fit. You’ll be working with large-format printers, CNC cutting equipment (Colex), laminators and finishing tools. Every job is a little different — and the quality of your work is visible to our customers every day.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable using tools and production equipment
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years in sign production, printing, or similar hands-on work
Responsibilities
- Operate large-format printers, laminators, and CNC equipment
- Prepare materials (cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting)
- Weed and apply vinyl graphics with precision
- Trim, mount, and finish final products
- Follow and verify work orders for accuracy
- Help maintain an organized, efficient production area
- Partner with the owner and production lead/manager to build and maintain production processes, helping shape how work flows through the shop as we continue to grow
