Requirements

1–2 years of experience in sign production, large-format printing, or similar preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs
Comfortable with power tools and production equipment
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable
Positive attitude and a strong team player

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and a Colex CNC cutter
Prepare substrates (cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting) for print or vinyl application
Weed and apply vinyl graphics with precision on a variety of materials
Perform finishing tasks: mounting, trimming, packaging, etc.
Review work orders for accuracy and quality at each step
Maintain inventory and report low stock levels
Keep the production area organized and clean
