You’ll follow detailed work orders, produce high-quality visual products, and contribute to a clean, efficient shop environment. This is not a warehouse or forklift role — it’s hands-on production in a creative, fast-paced environment. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sign production, large-format printing, or similar preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable with power tools and production equipment
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable
- Positive attitude and a strong team player
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and a Colex CNC cutter
- Prepare substrates (cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting) for print or vinyl application
- Weed and apply vinyl graphics with precision on a variety of materials
- Perform finishing tasks: mounting, trimming, packaging, etc.
- Review work orders for accuracy and quality at each step
- Maintain inventory and report low stock levels
- Keep the production area organized and clean
