You will manage a busy flow of walk-ins, phone calls, and emails while proactively reaching out to existing clients. You will also work with our design and production teams to ensure every project is perfect. Multi-tasking is essential in this fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Sales-minded and motivated by numbers.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable on the phone and in person.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn POS systems and manage digital workflows.
- Reliable and consistent work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling: Transform customer ideas into professional signage projects.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and proactive outreach to existing clients.
- Work with design and production teams to ensure project completion.
