Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are a MUST
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 or more pounds
Comfortable working from a ladder
Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table to work with materials/vinyl
Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work
Experience with light power equipment and light hand tools

Responsibilities

Sign manufacturing and production
Sign and vehicle graphic installations
General shop work
Painting
Operate and maintain a large format printer(s), vinyl cutting equipment, engraver, laminator, panel saw, and other various power and hand tools.
Provide well-crafted products and be able to complete jobs within specific deadlines.
Maintain and order production supplies.
Installation duties include window graphics, vehicle decals, interior and exterior signs.
