About The Position
AWP Safety is America's Leading Traffic Management Company, dedicated to providing the safest work zones. We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals passionate about working outdoors and independently. This role offers a career opportunity without the need for college education, focusing on growth and development within a fast-paced, safety-first culture. You will be responsible for installing and repairing signs and flagpoles, assembling structures, and providing outstanding service and protection to customers while traveling to multiple job sites daily.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable moving and standing for shifts up to 12 hours
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Comfortable working outside in various types of weather
- Comfortable working near moving traffic
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a drug test
Responsibilities
- Digging holes and operating an auger
- Assembling structures for signs with hand/power tools and by hand
- Installing/repairing signs and flag poles
- Provide outstanding service and protection to customers
- Travel to multiple job sites daily
- Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure
- Drive and operate a company vehicle as well as towing assets
