If you’re an experienced Sign Installer, or ready to learn, and takes pride in clean installs, solid craftsmanship, and working with a team that values professionalism, we want to meet you. At Mustang Signs, we install high-impact signage that helps businesses get noticed, from dimensional lettering and post & panel signs to architectural branding and custom-built monument signs. These are long-term landmarks seen by everyone in our community for years to come. We’re growing fast and expanding our team.

Requirements

Experience installing non-illuminated signage, such as post & panel, dimensional lettering, and building-mounted signs, or the desire to learn
Solid understanding of install tools, materials, and safety procedures
The ability to operate and work on lifts, and at height
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
A positive, team-oriented mindset and a commitment to craftsmanship
Willingness to work outdoors and in varied weather conditions

Responsibilities

Install signage on walls, buildings, posts, and freestanding structures
Carefully read and understand install drawings, and prep sites and materials accordingly
Operate lifts, power tools, and hardware with confidence and care
Ensure safe, professional, and code-compliant installations
Communicate with project managers and shop teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Represent Mustang Signs on-site with professionalism and pride
