About The Position

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Sign Foreman for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Kingston Springs, Tennessee. This upper-level position combines hands-on physical work with project management, crew leadership, equipment operation, safety oversight, and on-site communication. Frequent travel and overnight stays are part of the position. This role offers advancement opportunities.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid Driver's License.
OSHA 10 Certification.
Forklift Training.
Ability to manage, motivate, and prioritize work for a crew.
Ability to operate and maintain construction machinery.
Ability to process blueprints, specifications, work orders, and measurements.
Ability to travel with frequent overnight stays.
Time management and complex problem-solving skills.
Basic technology literacy.

Responsibilities

Manage, motivate, and prioritize work for a crew.
Demonstrate techniques to ensure project completion.
Process blueprints, specifications, work orders, and measurements.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Ensure crew members wear required PPE.
Operate and maintain construction machinery.
Work with forklifts, skid steers, bucket trucks, excavators, and other equipment.
Coordinate with DOT officials.
Coordinate with subcontractors.
Communicate with home office management.
Submit weekly timesheets and safety checklists through mobile apps or computer.
Perform site housekeeping and material handling.
Maintain tool organization.
