About The Position

This role involves creating pricing and other signage materials using graphic software. The Sign Artist will communicate with sales staff to understand their point-of-sale (POS) needs and translate these into signage that effectively communicates the brand message. The position also assists in the production of POS advertising signs, requires projecting a friendly and professional image, prioritizing multiple competing priorities, attending meetings as required, and operating company equipment safely and in accordance with company policy. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Extensive computer skills required
• Ability to learn and use relevant internal computer applications
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments
• Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment
• Must be highly motivated and results oriented, with a strong attention to detail
• Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Must be 18 yrs. or older to apply
• High School graduate or GED required
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CorelDRAW preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) preferred
