SIGINT Development Mission Manager

About The Position

EverWatch is seeking a SIGINT Development Mission Manager to support Signals Intelligence missions and advance intelligence capabilities. The role combines technical expertise with mission-level thinking to interpret requirements, optimize collection resources, assess technical mission needs, and provide actionable recommendations. The position supports customer-focused engineering solutions and requires knowledge of the US SIGINT System, SIGINT collection and processing facilities, and modern telecommunications systems. The role also involves collaboration with military services, Second and Third Party partners, and industry vendors to develop and evolve mission solutions.

Requirements

10+ years of demonstrated experience and knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support.
At least 5 years of experience within the last 10 years working with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.
Experience applying principles and methods for exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information according to established requirements and priorities.
Experience using software applications, databases, SIGINT and collateral reporting repositories, and independent research to support SIGINT target development.
Knowledge of SIGINT technologies and analytic methodologies to identify analytic vectors, recognize target communications across global networks, and support mission priorities.
Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, and presenting information, including optimizing and developing accesses through SIGDEV support.
Strong critical-thinking and reasoning skills to make analytic determinations, conduct independent research, and develop actionable intelligence insights.
Ability to independently perform SIGINT development activities and provide technical guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 contractor personnel.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in system engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Support SIGINT missions and intelligence capabilities.

Collaborate with military services, Second and Third Party partners, and industry vendors to develop and evolve solutions.
Apply SIGINT development principles and methods to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate intelligence in line with established requirements and priorities.
Use applications, databases, reporting repositories, and independent research to support SIGINT target development.
Identify analytic vectors, recognize target communications across global networks, and support mission priorities.
Develop techniques and tools to collect, evaluate, analyze, document, locate, and present information, including optimizing and developing accesses through SIGDEV support.
Independently perform SIGINT development activities and provide technical guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 contractor personnel.
