About The Position

Leidos is hiring multiple Mission Managers in Northern Virginia. Mission Managers coordinate, resource, and oversee persistent collection operations in support of clearly defined collection objectives, working with in-house and geographically dispersed elements. The role requires collaborative decision-making under extreme stress, critical consideration of the immediate and long-term implications of tactical decisions, and the ability to connect those decisions to overall team objectives. Mission Managers must be effective multitaskers and communicators. Candidates must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination and be willing and able to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination.
• Be willing and able to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in tactical ground operations, tactical air operations, and complex command-and-control tools and systems.
• Experience working in high- to extreme-stress environments.
• At least 6 years of Intelligence experience (including law enforcement, FBI, U.S. Secret Service, etc.) or DoD experience.
• Valid driver's license with Real ID.
• Bachelor's degree and 8 to 12 years of full-time professional experience, or a master's degree and 6 to 10 years of experience.
