About The Position

In Collection Requirements Management, you will draft, validate, prioritize, and submit SIGINT collection requirements. You will manage National Intelligence Priority Framework (NIPF) and regional requirements for the Western Hemisphere AOR. You will monitor, evaluate, and optimize existing SIGINT collection postures and architectures. You will assess system capabilities and provide recommendations to mitigate intelligence gaps. You will serve as the primary SIGINT collection liaison between the intelligence community, tactical units, and the broader United States Signals Intelligence Directive (USSID) enterprise. You will integrate SIGINT efforts with HUMINT, GEOINT, and OSINT managers for multi-source fusion. You will advise leadership on the capabilities, limitations, and employment of theater and national SIGINT collection assets. You will ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory oversight regarding SIGINT collection and dissemination. You will provide timely evaluations and feedback on SIGINT reporting. You will prepare detailed daily and weekly briefings on SIGINT collection activities and their impact on command objectives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with Intelligence Collection Management
3+ years of experience with SIGINT operations, cryptologic support, or SIGINT requirements management
Experience with standard Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD SIGINT databases, requirements systems, and tools such as NCI, RIGHTMS, GIMS, and classified requirements management architectures
Knowledge of the Western Hemisphere AOR, including primary adversarial threat communications and regional dynamics
Knowledge of USSID policies and SIGINT compliance protocols
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience producing weekly SIGINT collection posture and effectiveness reports
Ability to conduct evaluation of SIGINT reports
Ability to brief senior leadership as required
