About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a SIEM / SOC / Ticketing Integration Engineer for an active RFP opportunity with the City of Coldwater (RFP R5-2023-77-0036r - Managed Vulnerability Management Services). The City of Coldwater requires a fully managed vulnerability management service to provide continuous visibility, prioritization, tracking, reporting, and integration across approximately 650 municipal IT assets. This role involves integrating vulnerability findings, asset data, remediation status, risk scoring, and audit logs with SIEM platforms, SOC workflows, ticketing systems, APIs, syslog, webhooks, or native connectors. The engineer will also review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadlines, and client requirements, coordinate with FuntoNetwork and other consultants for a complete response, prepare documentation and technical inputs, communicate with stakeholders, and support quality control and submission readiness.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrate vulnerability findings, asset data, remediation status, risk scoring, and audit logs with SIEM platforms, SOC workflows, ticketing systems, APIs, syslog, webhooks, or native connectors.

• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
