Requirements

• Previous, verifiable experience in siding installation or repair – REQUIRED
• Proficient using a brake
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to work outdoors year-round and in various weather conditions
• Comfortable using ladders and working at heights, including on roofs
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Customer-focused attitude with solid communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt as we continue to grow and improve

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and service on exterior siding and gutter systems
• Apply finishing materials such as caulk to seal gaps and ensure weatherproofing
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding services performed and products used
• Maintain and care for company vehicle — keeping it safe, clean, and operational
• Collaborate with team members and uphold Window World’s quality standards
