We are looking for an experienced Siding Installer to join our team and help bring custom homes to life through expert exterior finishing and installation. In this role, you will install a variety of siding materials and exterior trim components with precision and care, ensuring every home meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, durability, and curb appeal. Responsibilities
- Expertly install a variety of products, including horizontal siding, board and batten, shakes, and specialty siding systems.
- Install exterior trim components including window and door trim, frieze boards, banding, soffit, fascia, and porch ceilings with precision and attention to detail.
- Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and project specifications to ensure accurate installation and quality workmanship.
- Measure, cut, and fit siding and trim materials to achieve clean lines, proper alignment, and a flawless finished appearance.
- Perform quality inspections throughout installation to ensure all work meets company standards and project specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site that supports efficient workflow and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other team members to ensure projects run smoothly and are completed on schedule.
- Support overall site organization and cleanliness while assisting other trades as needed on the job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients on-site, answering questions and providing guidance when appropriate.
