About The Position

Ideal Siding Durham is seeking experienced siding installation crews for subcontracted residential siding projects. They are building a local network of qualified crews who are reliable and take pride in quality workmanship for current and future project-based work in the Durham area. Crews will be responsible for completing residential projects using various materials including Vinyl siding, James Hardie siding, Engineered wood siding, Metal siding, Cedar siding, and other siding products as required. Project details, scope, and timelines will be coordinated by the Ideal Siding team.

Requirements

Experience with residential siding installation.
Reliable crew lead or manager.
Own tools and equipment to complete the job.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to complete projects based on agreed timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Completing residential siding projects using specified materials (Vinyl, James Hardie, Engineered wood, Metal, Cedar, etc.).
Adhering to project details, scope, and timelines coordinated by the Ideal Siding team.
Ensuring quality workmanship on all projects.
