Requirements
- Background in electrical or electronics engineering
- Familiarity with SI/PI simulation tools and methodologies
- Understanding of EMI/EMC analysis techniques
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- 0+ years of relevant experience; entry-level candidates are welcome
Nice To Haves
- Practical experience with PCB design and layout
- Exposure to shielding optimization and compliance testing
- Knowledge of industry standards for EMI/EMC
Responsibilities
- Perform SI/PI simulations to ensure signal and power integrity in PCB designs
- Conduct EMI/EMC analyses and recommend design improvements for compliance
- Lead and participate in PCB design reviews, offering technical guidance
- Optimize shielding strategies for enhanced electromagnetic performance
- Develop and document comprehensive design guidelines
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams
