About The Position

The Shuttle Driver performs airport pick-ups and drop-offs for hotel guests in a timely and friendly manner, inspects vehicles, and assists guests with luggage and hotel services. The role also includes greeting guests, explaining hotel facilities, supporting check-in and check-out needs, maintaining lobby and baggage areas, and assisting with parking and other guest-service duties as assigned. The position requires an active driver's license and the ability to pass motor vehicle background inspections. It may involve frequent lifting of guest luggage.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely, friendly airport pick-ups and drop-offs for guests and inspect vehicles.
• Explain hotel facilities, their locations and operating hours, and answer guest questions about the hotel.
• Check and handle luggage for day and overnight guests.
• Maintain the designated lobby station and remain alert and available to assist the front desk.
• Open doors and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Keep the bell stand, lobby, and baggage room clean, including lobby doors and windows when guest demands allow.
• Maintain communication between shifts through proper use of the intershift log.
• Deliver messages and valet items to guest rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and assist with luggage as needed.
• Perform guest room valet duties as required.
• Assist the front desk with key inventory as needed.
• Follow attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
