About The Position

As a Shuttle Driver at a retail complex, you will be responsible for creating a convenient, welcoming, and safe experience for every guest. This involves operating a passenger shuttle vehicle along a designated route, assisting guests with boarding and exiting, and ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs at designated stops throughout the property. Your friendliness and attentiveness are crucial for setting a positive tone for the guest experience.

Requirements

Must be at least 25 years of age
Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record required
Strong customer service skills and communication abilities
Ability to operate a vehicle safely in high-traffic pedestrian environments
Comfortable working independently outdoors in varied weather conditions
Must pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Previous experience operating a shuttle, golf cart, or large passenger vehicle is preferred

Responsibilities

Safely operate a shuttle vehicle along assigned routes within the complex
Greet all passengers warmly and provide assistance as needed during boarding and exiting
Ensure all guests are transported safely, comfortably, and efficiently
Adhere to scheduled pickup/drop-off times and remain alert to traffic and pedestrian activity
Provide information to guests about stops, directions, or property amenities when asked
Perform routine inspections of the vehicle at the beginning and end of each shift
Keep shuttle clean, fueled, and free of trash or hazards
Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly to management
Ensure the shuttle is parked in a secure and appropriate area when not in use
Provide a friendly and helpful presence to all visitors
Notify security or management of any emergencies or unusual guest behavior
Maintain a calm and courteous demeanor at all times, even during busy hours
Be proactive in identifying guest needs and delivering a helpful solution
