About The Position

Eldora is seeking a Shuttle Driver to operate Eldora’s in-resort guest shuttles and assist with general parking responsibilities. This role involves maintaining company vehicles, performing snow removal and drainage control at shuttle stops, and fleet maintenance. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer interaction skills and experience driving shuttles, buses, or rideshares. This is a seasonal position located in Boulder County, Colorado.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid US Driver’s License and complete an MVR check to company standards.
• CDL Required.
• Minimum age 18 years old to drive company vehicles.
• Must be able to sit and drive multiple hours a day.
• Must be able to work and drive in all-weather and road conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving shuttles, buses, or rideshares.

Responsibilities

• Operate Eldora’s in-resort guest shuttles.
• Drive guests safely through lots and provide directions.
• Drive employees from Nederland High School safely to the resort (CDL only).
• Assist in Parking duties as needed or during slow times.
• Maintain company vehicles and keep service logs daily.
• Perform snow removal and drainage control at shuttle stops.
• Support Eldora’s corporate responsibility commitment to protect the environment by participating in the Sustainable Transportation Program.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Help other Eldora departments as needed/necessary.
